Motion to adpot minutes from Dec 10 board meeting, with minor changes for spelling:

Director vacancy

We will do general callout for interested directors. Email around Jan 10

We will hold a straw vote at February event. The board will ratify the elected representatives.

2 positions open: Secretary, director at large

ACTION: All board members to think about who they can ask to run.

ACTION: Peter to draft executive callout

 

Jan 3 party

Vendors: Brad, Highlander, Gord

Dungeon Layout compatible with single tails were discussed.

Equipment to leave out if needed: cages, sling frame?

Dusty is bringing his double frame

ACTION: Ryan and Greg to bring projectors, Ashton to bring laptop, Greg to get VGA splitter.

Need to rope off the stairs above the landing to secure stuff.

ACTION: Greg makes sign: volunteers only.

 

Feb workshop and party:

Whip enthusiast group? 10-12

Rope gathering? 3-5? Ryan P interested.

Community potluck / board meeting at the same time. 5-6:30

ACTION: Rosina talk to Brian, Greg to Tristan regarding rope gathering and timing

Volunteers: Ashton asking around, will do volunteer diner, will send out orientation gather/email.

Pancake breakfast

Low cost, social draw, before volunteering. Ashton has it lined up for easy turnkey work. Designed to have the volunteers eat before volunteering.

ACTION: Rosina to ask Capri about cooking on site.
