Financial discussion

Pride Commitee Report

  - No repsponse from Jennifer

  - Bad Bear Works and KISS are our sponsers now

  - meshe to email Jennifer and invite her to march with us, just no handouts.

  - Pride committee to make up a list of ground rules

  - people need to be at the meetings, Spencer will send out locations and times

  - Next pride committee meeting 6:30 July 17, The End Cafe

  - Spencer will bring folding chairs

Action Item: Looking into beads ?  Decision to be made Thursday

Motion to authorize a net expediture of $400 for the pride event - 7/0 - Passed

Meshe to supply 6' bamboo poles for the banner.

BJ is going to go over the FAQ pamphlet to hand out at pride

Peter to set up the pride timeline on the Wiki

August 2nd Party Planning

  - Picking up the equipment from the Wise Hall at 11am

  - Should we have someone on load out of locker and setup at BOP

  - Greg to offer our equipment to BOP

  - Need to find someone that knows our equipment that can help setup at BOP

  - Greg has a spare key to get to Yvonne

  - Spencer is going to look into a new set of bolts for the pentacle

  - Greg will check to see if we have BOP to help load our truck.

  - Rosina is going to get the hall for noon

  - Spencer and meshe are going to load the non-equipment from the locker at 9am.

  - Possible vendors for swap meet, send to Rosina

    - Won't take money workshop, would prefer by donation and money going to charity/us...

    - probably not a good pre-party workshop, maybe for afternoon in September

  - They didn't receive our last package that we sent

  - Greg will send it again via registered

  - Our registration has expired, we need to pay the $135 again
