AGM

Email BJ to help with AGM

Motion to have the AGM Saturday October 4th 4/1 meshe is opposed.

BJ will arrange a committee meeting.

 

Bath House

One half of the location is accessable

Aug 20, Aug 27 8:00pm, try to move to tuesday Aug 26th

2 floors, 80 rooms, lots of lockers, lots of play space

$2 over rates for MVK, no expenses

 

Financial discussion

 

BIO wants keys

Meet with Yvonne to discuss concernes about locker access.  Meshe is liason.

 

Pride Committee

Application Submitted

Peter communicated with Elaine about the van, just email her with where and when she should be.

Work with VASM?  Split the cost for a booth with them

Announcement that we are setting up a pride committee, that we are going to be marching in the parade.

Nathan from the KISS store is going to buy one of our sponsorship banners for $50

Motion that MVK will have booth at the pride parade - 5/0 - Passed

Motion that MVK will share the cost of the booth with VASM 50/50 5/0 - Passed

meshe will print the application for the booth.

Spencer will submit the application for the booth.

Pride committee meeting July 7th, 6:30 at The End cafe

 

V3 Swingers

We will if they will give us 2 pairs of as well.  Otherwise cross-promo only no tickets.

 

July 5th planning

Spencer is trying to get someone to pick up the scaffolding on friday and drop it off at the locker.

Sound system

  - the sound system is an extra $50

  - Steve has offered to try to improve the sound system

  - Offer improvements to the system for use of the system

Party layout

  - Put the red-light room back on the stage.

Rosina will organize vendors
