Barry situation

Peter has filed a small claims court and sent Barry the registered letter on June 11th.

Barry responded to an email that Peter sent him saying he would fight it and not sign off on it.

Action Item: Peter to talk to someone at small claims court asking about if Barry ignores the letter

July 5th Party Planning

Spencer would like to see a sling frame at the party

  - rent one for a month for the july and august party $40 would span both parties

  - would need to be picked up with the rental truck, Spencer needs to be there

6:55 - Motion to rent a single section of scafollding for sling frame and suspension for the next 2 parties for

around $40 4/0 - Passed

Re-examining of the layout.

  - People are asking for more bed space in the red light room

  - find some kind of curtain hanger instead of hanging curtains from the ceiling

Action Item: Spencer to look into curtain hangers

Bulletin board by donation

Action Item: Find a bulletin board (cork board) for community postings

BJ is going to email mishie to coordinate as volunteer coordinator and have her help for July and take over for

August.

Spencer is going to talk with Jessie as equipment manager deputy

Make all manager titles be "coordinator", coordinators can have deputies

All coordinators should try to find deputies

We should drive home to our attendees that we are a community group and that the more that they help, the better it

will be.

Action Item: Spencer will bring flyers to the Fuck Off and Dance at Capri

September workshop

Make sure that Tillie gets the meeting agenda's and meeting invites

Tillie wants to have a meeting with the promotions coordinator and communication coordinator before booking the

September workshop to discuss the following issues

  - Who her contacts are

  - When details about presenters, workshops, copy need to be in by

Action Item: Peter and BJ to set up a date to meet with Tillie

Promos need to go out to the queer/sex friendly radio shows

  - Notify Tillie of the new promos

Promo of the next party should go out on the email list within the week after the play party.

Pride commitee report

Action Item: meshe to contact Jennifer from Libido Events to invite her to a meeting with Peter, BJ and meshe to

discuss her concerns.

Elaine Miller has offered to drive her van for us in Pride

BJ can't make it.

Bathhouse event - Spencer is still working on

  - co-ed event

  - possible play space

BJ suggests that we table discussion of events far in the future until after the AGM

meshe is going to expense Spencer for his expenses for the bed from the truck money

Spencer wants to know if we see a conflict of interest if he runs for the board for VASM

  - No-one sees a conflict of interest
