Board retreat announcement, in lieu of minutes. Peter & BJ to write copy.

Motion to approve minutes of May 6, 2008 meeting: 4/0 passed

Wiki: Spencer unclear on how to log in

Public wiki vs existing Wordpress site for archived minutes &c. Prefer Wordpress.

Action all members to try Wordpress

June Party

Feedback form review. Should be 1/2 page.

Make quantitative on certain specific areas.

Etiquette guide: BJ to edit

Printing for Rosina on color stock poster $10-12. Design signage and rules too.

Amend rules for pro scenes, electrical play, add cellphone/camera rules.

BJ finish by Weds PM all edits.

Spencer will bring 6.5'x2.5' table. $50, for locker

More posters in retail shops and cafes in West End and on Drive. Consider posters on street poles.

Davie Village Cafe: free but not accessible
