Constitutional Review Meeting April 10th, 2008

Recieved a notice back from the incorporation board that there is a problem in our constitution.

Wanted us to specify that all events and parties are for adults only.

Original intention was to do education for non-adults.

Reasearch done and consult with John Ince, options:

1. Capitulate and make the requested changes.

2. Make a point and provide research to the society to accept our changes.

3. Make a legal battle and try to win (costly).

The board recommends making the changes as requested.

Motion that the society adopt the proposed changes and resubmit the bylaws and constitution to the corporate registry for approval. 8/0

New Business

Action item: meshe to bring FM transmitter for the music at the next party

Work party Apr 19, Noon at locker

- Move the table to Spencers

Liz will move the table from the locker to Spencer's place and back in her station wagon.

Apr 26th at Spencer's place to modify the table.

- Modify table

- Paint metal pieces for the suspension frame

- Make a dolly

- Prepackaging of playstation supplies.
