Motion to put a disclaimer on our calendar and links page and website 6/0

Action Item: Discussion through email about the wording of the disclaimer.

Each addition to be discussed by the board before being added.

Action Item: BJ will put together a flow chart that will define what is board business and what can be handled at the committee level.

Action Item: Draya needs someone to print the pride forms for her

We should look at having a vinyl sign printed.
