Unanimous. Motion Carries.

Financial matters

Incorporation
Changes required of us constitution by the registration officials
3 options for us:
1. comply with their request.
2. reword, add notwithstanding clause for rights of all peoples.
3. Challenge their assertion, request legal justification.
Option 1 is the only workable option for us.  
Motion: The board will recommend to the membership that we adopt ministry of finance’s recommended amendments to our constitution.
Unanimous. Motion Carries.

Action: Peter will prepare presentation to community at next meeting


Constitution meeting:
$1 voting membership?  Proceeds to society general funds.
Motion: voting memberships for April 10th constitution meeting will be available for $1, valid for the duration of the meeting.
Unanimous. Motion Carries.
Note in PR: Previous VDSC voting memberships have expired and are no longer valid.  No signage regarding $1 membership though.

Action: prepare 10 copies of constitution for meeting: BJ will prepare, Rosina will print.  2 copies of bylaws as well.

Pillory is not the best piece of equipment, DMs don’t like it much, we will pause it.
Action Greg talk to owner about possible changes to it.

Red-light room: party organizers need to keep an eye on it.
Unfortunate incidents in March, due to unclear signage or innocent mistake
“No singles, no voyeurs” sign required (with humor)

Work on Tillie’s table, 4 people max.  Also paint the parts from BIO's equipment
Possible location: S’s garage; K’s yard/carport maybe
Action: ASSIGN SOMEONE to determine the parts that need painting, and retrieve from locker.

Web site:
We have a volunteer to refresh the web site, details to be worked out.
Idea to present logo choices for the membership at next meeting.

North shore munch:
B has volunteered to run a Tuesday or Thursday munch. Not an official MVK event.
Action Peter to contact B to provide our blessings and best practices / terms

East side munch:
Mar 19: Aggressive promotion is a problem, should be strongly discouraged.
Designated propaganda table, but no handing out flyers

Need to revisit brochure,
Action BJ to work with Greg on revising content of BDSM FAQ flyer.

Walking group <=19people: $35.
Vehicle for allow access for community members?
Invite other groups, then they can chip in.
