Financial matters
RM urges that equipment process be simplified, with fewer pickups.
Action: PT get quotes from Kelly, Spencer on building equipment.
Action: BJ ask Tillie about dining room table for conversion to play use.
Moving equipment to locker on first floor of APEX. Should speed up load out/load in somewhat.
BJ will get sandwich platter for volunteer appreciation on March 1st, unless RM may get it cheaper.
Photoshoot is now open event, 2:30pm – 5:00. However, people must sign model release form.
Action: PT post on site/RSS/email.
Action: PT research kinky cheap or free photo which can be used legitimately.
Problem of people cheating their way from workshop to party without paying full price. Ask people to step out and come back in at 9:10pm.
Action: PT contact Rainer re snack bar manager. Coordinate with RM
Party layout: one fewer table to give more space for D/S play (I.e. People kneeling beside chairs)
April 5: GF and RM will be absent. Need truck driver and on-site coordinator, but RM & GF will do run-up.

Action: PT talk to silent partner about financial aid/loan about truck rental and other expenses for April party
RM: we need to start looking for sponsorship opportunities, e.g. Little Sisters, Priape, Pumpjack, Art of Loving, or printing company. Money to cover printing or transportation for April party
Action: PT charge vendors $40 for a table for full night. Approach Wes, Nathan at KISS, Mike (aka Quasidivine) for March 1st.
Action: BJ call Celebrities or Lotus for fundraising party on slow nights
Burn BC event on April 18th. We are there as invited community members, but we are not DMs. That is event host responsibility.
Motion: MVK presence at BurnBC event under option 1 (described in proposal). 4/0 carried.
Pride 2008
BJ motion: we explore being in Pride ‘08 4/0 carried.
New business:
RM wants different people setting up and tearing down. BJ says they are only people for this.

Venue for next meeting. MA’s building is private, not ideal for public meetings.
Action: PT call Firehall Branch and book meeting room, or community centre
Meetings may be at various locations, including outside of Vancouver sometimes.
Storage: We’ve taken over APEX locker. Can we get a better deal, or closer to RM & GF’s house or to Capri Hall? Also easier for volunteers.
BJ: email Elaine M & Spencer M about advising or joining board.
Action: PT gets coat check tickets and cash box
